• Before continuing - Please take the time to review your contract. If you have any question at all. Please contact us immediately. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the process outlined in your contract and ask as many questions as you need to. There is no such thing as a stupid question.

  • A representative will contact you 24 - 48 hours prior to our scheduled arrival time to

     confirm your appointment.

  • The safety and security of your home is our number one objective. If you do not plan on being home during the process, as many of our jobs take several days or weeks to complete, we will arrange entry and exit strategies with you. This usually means leaving your project supervisor or foreman a key, code or a remote of some sort to your home. If you are  not comfortable with  this option other arrangements may be made but we will never leave your home unsupervised and unsecured.

  • Please be sure to set your thermostat at an appropriate level per product acclimation and to assist our crews. Failure to so may lead to product damage and void of your warranty.

  • If you have pets or small children, please inform us right away so we can take the proper cautionary steps. Generally we don't have any problem with your pets hanging out and watching us work as long as it doesn't become a distraction or safety issue. In addition there may be times we will be using hazardous materials which may require you to secure your pets and children in a room or outside for a period of time. If you do not notify us. We will not be able to give you advanced warning and we may have to reschedule the project for another day.

  • We will NOT use any chemicals or products that may be harmful in your presence. You may be asked to leave for a period of time or even overnight if you are pregnant. For example, fiberglass shower pans omit very strong toxic fumes that can linger for 10 or more hours. In this case, your AC will be shut off to reduce circulating fumes around your home. Vents and doors will be covered with plastic and taped closed. Fans may also be used to vent fumes through any available windows.

  • Please remove all small, valuable and breakable items prior to our arrival to help save time and reduce risk - we will not be responsible for broken or damage items left in the designated work areas and we prefer that all furniture is moved before we start. If you are unable to move particular or heavy items our crews may assist in doing so but their may be additional charges depending on the items, time and work involved. Our crews are not obligated to or responsible for move your furniture unless otherwise included and outline in your contract.
